Psychological reasons about having low libido

Reduced sexual drive or low libido is often being followed by erectile dysfunction for men. But erectile dysfunction is a curable condition that men can get rid. If the condition is caused by a psychological matter then the cure for the condition will be even faster. Here are some of the psychological reasons why people have low libido.

Stress: Home problems, job related problems, relationship issues, money problem and a lot more are some of the reasons why people have stress. When the stress became chronic it will surely cause of lower sex drive because of the lesser production of testosterone.

Anxiety: Men of the middle age are often the one who are experiencing this kind of psychological phase. This can be because of over thinking about a sexual failure or about performance anxiety. This can also be because of an excessive nervousness while making love.

Depression: This is one of the main reasons of impotence in men. If a man has a feeling of depression while having sex with his partner there will surely be an erectile problem. The body needs to have the right connection with the brain for it to have the proper penile erection. Any kind of distraction or disturbance will surely affect the sexual drive.

Another reason why men are experiencing this kind of condition is because of low self esteem. If the low libido condition that a man has is just a temporary condition then there will be no problem. But if the condition continues, the man should change his life style, have a regular exercise, eat proper diet, and do other necessary things to remove this undue condition.
